WAXON requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked—unless
we hear otherwise—we’ll expect you to be here.
‘SKIPPED’ appointments will be *CHARGED FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE IF NOT CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THERE IS A $25 FEE to RESCHEDULE an APPOINTMENT. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE UNLESS RESCHEDULED FOR A LATER DATE OR TIME.
